Design Features
The core advantage of the pneumatic triple-eccentric hardened sealing butterfly valve lies in enhancing industry standards for high-performance butterfly valves through enhanced sealing performance and extended service life. Its triple-eccentric structure eliminates frictional wear, reducing torque by 40% compared to double-eccentric butterfly valves. The hardened sealing achieves ANSI Class VI virtually zero leakage and withstands temperatures up to 600°C. The pneumatic drive delivers a rapid response time of 0.5–3 seconds with excellent explosion-proof capability, positioning it as the optimal solution for replacing gate and globe valves in ultra-demanding applications across power plants, petrochemicals, and marine environments.
