Design Features
The defining feature of pneumatic low-noise control valves is their specialized noise-reduction design, including multi-stage cages, perforated plate acoustic dampers, or symmetrical orifice trim. Through multi-stage throttling, these valves progressively reduce pressure and control flow velocity, effectively mitigating cavitation, vibration, and noise (typically achieving 20–30 dB(A) reduction at 1000 Hz). Equipped with high-performance actuators (e.g., multi-spring diaphragm or cylinder types), they deliver rapid response and high positioning accuracy. Additionally, pressure-balanced trim designs minimize unbalanced forces, enabling reliable operation in high-pressure differential applications.
