Design Features
The electric labyrinth control valve employs a multi-stage labyrinth disc stack design, gradually dissipating fluid kinetic energy through right-angle turns and throttle orifices to achieve step-down pressure reduction. The valve plug is actuated by a precision electric actuator for precise opening control. Internal components are fabricated from hardened alloy materials to resist erosion from high-velocity media. The compact design eliminates compressed air dependency.
