Electric Lined Fluorine Control Valve
Design Features
The electric fluoroplastic-lined control valve employs full-bore fluoroplastic lining technology (e.g., PTFE, PFA, or ETFE) for effective corrosion protection throughout the flow passage. It features a precision electric actuator for direct valve plug driving, eliminating compressed air dependency. The valve incorporates a double-sealing structure combining bellows seal and packing seal to effectively prevent external leakage. Internal components undergo special anti-corrosion treatment, specifically designed for highly corrosive media including strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.
