Pneumatic Floating Ball Valve
Design Features
The pneumatic floating ball valve features a floating ball mechanism where media pressure forces the ball against the seat for sealing. It is equipped with a precision pneumatic actuator (single-acting or double-acting) enabling rapid 90° angular stroke operation. The valve seat employs PTFE or metal spring-energized sealing, while the valve stem incorporates an anti-blowout stem design with V-ring packing seal to enhance safety and reliability.
