Design Features
The electric bellows-sealed single-seat control valve employs a metal bellows seal assembly to replace traditional packing glands, achieving dynamic sealing. The actuator features an integrated electronic structure with built-in servo amplifier, utilizing a single trim and seat design for tight shutoff and virtually zero leakage. The plug adopts top-guided architecture with a streamlined flow path, reducing pressure drop while maximizing flow capacity. This design ensures virtually zero external leakage, making it ideal for highly toxic, flammable, volatile, and precious metal media applications. It delivers high-precision control with superior flow characteristic conformity to IEC 534 standards.
