Design Features
The core feature of Miller’s pneumatic cage-style control valve is its unique cage design. The cage serves not only as a guide and pressure-retaining structure for internal components, but its precisely engineered orifices (or windows) also provide multiple functions, including smooth guidance, noise attenuation, and cavitation control. Additionally, the balanced trim design significantly reduces fluid-induced unbalanced forces.
