Pneumatic Double-Seat Control Valve
Design Features
The core advantage of pneumatic double-seat control valves lies in their high pressure handling capability and large-flow control performance. These valves operate stably under high-pressure differentials while requiring reduced actuator thrust. However, their inherent design introduces a known limitation—higher leakage rates during closure. Thus, they are particularly suitable for applications with high pressure differentials, high flow rates, and less stringent tightness requirements.
