Design Features
The core feature of pneumatic multi-stage pressure-reducing control valves is their innovative cascade pressure-reduction design (typically comprising 3 to 6 stages). Through progressive energy dissipation and staged pressure differential reduction, these valves achieve precise control of high-pressure media with efficient energy management. Internal design incorporates symmetrical flow paths and cavitation-resistant trim, ensuring stable flow regulation under high-pressure differentials while integrating noise-reducing cages to significantly suppress fluid vibration and whistling noise.
