Design Features
The pneumatic straight-through fluoroplastic control valve utilizes full-bore fluoropolymer lining technology (e.g., PFA, FEP, or PTFE) to provide full corrosion resistance across the entire flow path, ensuring full isolation from aggressive media. Its straight-through flow path design minimizes flow resistance, combined with a dual-seal configuration (bellows seal + packing seal) to virtually eliminate external leakage risks. The valve features corrosion-resistant trim components, specifically engineered for applications involving concentrated acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
