Design Features
The electric low-flow control valve is actuated by a precision stepper or servo motor, combined with a precision screw drive mechanism to enable micro-regulation of valve plug position. Its body features a needle-type or V-port valve plug design with very low flow capacity (Cv ≤ 0.0001). The valve seat undergoes precision grinding and hardening to ensure accuracy and repeatability in micro-regulation. The compact design supports multiple control signals including 4–20 mA and RS485.
